I'm excited to show you Version 2 of the fly swatter, featuring my logo prominently on the paddle and some awesome text on the handle! The design between the handle and paddle attachment has been optimized for use with just 10-12mm M5 screws - no nuts needed anymore! When printing the handle, make sure it's oriented diagonally to fit a bed of at least 300mm. Use a large nozzle (0.8-1.0) and aim for a layer height between 0.3-0.5 mm to give your prints a cool "wood" texture on top. For the paddle, print with 6-8 shells and an infill density of 30-40%. Don't forget to use flex filament - it's perfect! You can play around with patterns, but if you want something sturdy, try printing in Cubic at 35% infill (Ideamaker) - it's a game-changer! To assemble the handle, simply glue everything together.
