A 3D printed case for a 3.5-inch screen design tailored to the Raspberry Pi (RPi) was created using Sculpteo's printing technology with SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) method, featuring Nylon PA12 material with a thickness of 60 microns and polished finish. Upon examination, it's evident that some adjustments can be made for improvement: the width and length of the case should be increased by 0.2 millimeters to provide a snugger fit around the RPi; a small gap is required on the left side near the cable ribbon for secure connection; the aeration grid could benefit from being thicker, enhancing airflow within the case.
