All files must be printed in place with the specified orientation. Four complete holders are required per spool. This spool holder is designed to be extremely minimalist, using as little filament as possible. The parts should be printed in the orientation I provided, allowing for extremely large loads. Since each spool requires four complete holders, they can be spaced further apart to accommodate any spool that can sit vertically on the shelves. Additionally, the design incorporates wheels that are slightly off-center, enabling the spool to roll freely while significantly reducing the risk of spools being pulled off the shelves. This design does not include a filament guide, as guides placed beside the spool are less effective than those placed directly on the printer. However, you can print an additional complete holder and route the filament above or below the wheel, depending on how it bends, to create a dual-purpose filament guide. One complete holder consists of: one Holder Left, one Holder Right, two Wheel Pegs, and one Wheel. Assembly involves: 1. Inserting one peg through each side of the wheel so that they interlock in the middle. 2. Inserting the peg and wheel combination into the square of either Holder Left or Holder Right. 3. Inserting the other side of the holder. 4. (Optional) If parts are difficult to push together, use a heavy object to tap them lightly into place. 5. (Optional) Use each complete holder as a fidget toy for about an hour to smooth out the wheels. Note: In my case, the holders left and right did not separate easily once assembled without adhesives, so I do not recommend pre-assembling without the wheel and pegs. P.S.
