3DPlastX spool holder upgrade for Makerfarm i3v

Users have found 3DPlastX filaments to be both cost-effective and reasonably good quality, although the manufacturers have opted for a unique spool design that deviates from standard formats. To accommodate this difference, I created a minor modification specifically for Makerfarm i3v to facilitate printing with these alternative spools.
