On the slicer, scale it up by 2540 percent for 4-inch OD, 1/2-inch Hex ID, and 1905 percent for 3-inch OD, 3/8-inch Hex ID. A 4-inch mecanum wheel that can be 3D printed with no extra hardware is designed and tested to work with the FRC 2020 Power Cells. If the rollers do not spin freely on the shafts, drill the ID of the roller with a 6.5mm or 1/4 inch drill bit.
