3DLayerz - D&D Cage
pinshape
Summary I designed my D&D set character piece in AutoDesk Fusion 360 without any planning, except it had to fit over all existing pieces. Scaling may affect its performance, so feel free to try and let me know how it goes. Check out my YouTube channel for a video of the design process and print review, if you're interested in that sort of thing. Printer Settings Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer: R1 ABS + PLA Model Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 15% Notes: I printed this piece with MakerBot red translucent filament at 200c, a bed temp of 60c and 70mm/s speed. Some stringing occurred on the top inside and feature sides, which might be due to filament issues or speed problems, or both. Post-Printing Cleanup is easy - any stringing should come off with a hobby knife or even a lighter for fine details.
