3DKi3 Prusa i3 Variant

This is the build manual, bill of materials and source files (including a sketchup file containing the fully assembled printer and all parts) for the 3DKi3 variant of the Prusa i3. The Prusa i3 3D Printer features are derived from several existing variants, including the Einstein variant of JBFromOZ, http://reprap.org/wiki/JBFromOZ#Single_Plate_Style, along with additional components such as frame and bed stabilizers. The main bulk of the 3DKi3 Prusa i3 printer comes from the Einstein variant of JBFromOZ. The X axis idler mount and belt tensioner are also taken from djvdpant's "i3 rework of z motor mount and x idler with tensioner" http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:247992. Meanwhile, the frame braces come from paolo68's "Stabilizer for Prusa i3 Z-axis - Diagonal bars + Gluepads", available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:100128. In addition to that, spider couplings are borrowed from MiseryBot's "Spider Coupling with rubber insert: 4.75mm stepper motor to 8mm threaded shaft" which is posted on thingiverse at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7678. Last but not least, the extruder itself is taken directly from jonaskuehling's Greg's Wade reloaded - Guidler, Tilt Screws, Fishbone Gears', http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18379.
