Prusa I3 Clone with Inductive Sensor (2mm height), 3030 aluminum extrusion. Developed from RebelX and Mk2s, but sought a 300x300mm build plate. Initial goal was to utilize dual linear rail design on X and Y, yet the initial attempt fell short, so switched to hardened steel rods. Currently employing a Rambo mini, with a full size Rambo set aside for later use with dual extrusion. The bed features a separate heat controller (NOT Keenovo), though it's not being utilized during testing. Equipped with a genuine e3d v6 all metal throat. Custom Marlin firmware includes a 9 point leveling routine, offering babystepping and z height adjust capabilities. Manual leveling remains intact for the ability to combine autolevel and tweak the bed for larger prints. Future upgrades include installing linear rails for Y and X, requiring a slight re-design of the head carriage. Work in Progress.
