Colonists will need to coordinate daily schedules with other research stations, the rivers as they move about, and even with mission control in case of emergency planning or reports. They can configure the stations to communicate via relay back to Earth to send messages back and forth, give lectures for educational purposes, and report data back to labs and research facilities on Earth. By placing one of these in Augmented Reality and using your surroundings to simulate the Martian environment you can build an entire Mars Colony Base - all you need is your smartphone and "3DBear AR" - search for us in the app store of your preference.
