The 3Dator Bowden extruder is a great choice, but I wanted to integrate it into my Replicator clone without adding any new holes. Plus, I made some tweaks that turned out to be better for me. Key Features of the Modified Bracket: The bracket can accommodate two extruders and has channels designed to keep stepper wiring out of the way. The adapters have been modified to use M3 screws for a secure fit. I extended the bearing bore on the extruder base to ensure full contact between the bearing, stepper shaft, and base. To keep wiring organized, I created retainer loops that prevent it from getting tangled with spools. Print Settings: Printer: Monoprice Replicator 1 Clone Rafts: Don't matter at all Supports: No supports are needed Resolution: The resolution is set to 0.25 mm Infill: Infill density is set to 25%
