The 3D Print Sleigh challenge entry '3D2013_4' boasts an aerodynamic design reducing drag for maximum speed, while seamlessly blending aesthetics with functionality. The sleigh features a core profile that promotes lift and ensures easy airborne capabilities. It also has two long ski's offering superior stability and slicing through snow effortlessly due to their aerodynamic shape. Additionally, the wide stance ensures stability on snow and in the air, even when fully loaded with gifts. The sleigh was purposefully designed with 3D printing in mind, featuring flowing smooth profiles with easy-to-produce "arches". It also incorporates Stealth Technology for occupant safety and to maintain a mysterious appearance. This technology includes features like headlights, ground sensors, propulsion, and temperature control for the sleigh's interior/exterior. The sleigh adheres to dimensional requirements while maintaining a spacious interior with a long bench seat and ample room for gifts behind it. It is made of lightweight recyclable plastic for sustainability and has ergonomic seating with safety features like suspension, a closed body for aerodynamics, and a windscreen to protect occupants from debris.
