I collaborated with Jeremy Zwingman on this project, constructing a bridge featuring members of varying sizes and infill patterns. Two distinct files showcase the contrasting types of 25% and 50% infill densities. Our completed bridge tipped the scales at 20.5 grams, boasting an impressive weight-to-load ratio exceeding 1000 (1209). Assembly requires caution due to the tight friction fit between members, which can make removal from shafts a challenging task. Unfortunately, one of our members suffered damage during disassembly, leading me to believe that it would have been preferable for it to remain intact.
