3D-Touch or BL-Touch bracket for Anet A6
thingiverse
This design serves as a mounting bracket for a 3D-Touch or BL-Touch sensor on an Anet A6 3D printer, enabling auto bed leveling functionality. The bracket allows for the sensor to be mounted directly beside the extruder nozzle at its right side, securely fastened with a M3 bolt at the bottom of the extruder. To attach this bracket, you'll need to replace the existing M3 bolt with one that's approximately 5 mm longer and include a washer. The sensor fits snugly within the bracket but can be adjusted in height by sliding it up or down. A small screw is used to lock the sensor at its optimal position, preventing it from coming loose but avoiding overtightening which could damage the sensor. Considering the hot air present in this area, the bracket was crafted from PETG. With this design and even with my LED illumination bar installed, you can still operate the filament loading lever.
