I created my own design to give myself complete control over every aspect of it. The design has a great tool that helps center holes on both sides of the spool, making it incredibly useful. I printed it with cross-shaped supports at 15% infill, which turned out perfectly fine. Using leftover filament from almost empty spools was a great way to utilize them before they ran out completely. Drawer version 5 is indeed the final one, but version 4 stood out to me because of its clever self-locking feature, achieved by removing fillets on the two corners that touch the spool's center.
