This is a 3D sliced head interlock design specifically tailored to fit the K40 laser bed's dimensions of 300 x 200. For slicers like Fusion, simply modify your settings to make the outside line blue for cutting. To switch to vector engrave mode, adjust speed and power levels accordingly. If you're using the K40 Whisperer software, your vector will automatically become your cut, while its red counterpart accelerates to become your engraving tool. With my own configuration, I achieved optimal results with 20% power and 10mA for cutting using blue lines, as well as 35mm/s at 12% power for the red vector engrave mode, which is essential to note that colors are reversed.
