(3D Slash) 2 sided roller with nut inset
thingiverse
Customized with precision, this design was crafted using 3D Slash! The original futon roller provided a solid foundation, but a critical modification was needed: a recessed slot for a nut to securely hold the screw in place, as the original had its nut embedded within the roller itself. To accommodate an existing part I already had on hand, I also expanded the flange's dimensions. Although the shape didn't match exactly, the hexagonal flange significantly accelerated digital work, allowing me to meet my tight deadline.
