How many times have designers struggled to create a realistic look for their projects? How often did they need to extract a shadow from an object, only to be left disappointed because shadows are notoriously hard to manipulate - and that's because they aren't solid! Fortunately, we've found the solution. We've created 100% transparent shadows with Ambient occlusion added to make your work easier. Whether you're a designer, cartoon artist, visual effects artist, compositor or 3D artist, these shadows are perfect for you and incredibly easy to use. They contain everything you need to create a realistic look for your project. Images were originally rendered at 2000x2000 pixels with 16-bit depth per channel to prevent banding, then cropped to reduce the file size and fit the content ratio. Shadows were captured from different angles - 25°, 45°, and from top in multiple directions - and two versions of shadow were saved from each object: one for sunny scenes and the other for cloudy scenes. These shadows are excellent for use in both 2D and 3D projects and are completely noiseless. Choose the shadow that suits your design best and apply it to the object, then simply use any deformer tool - like the Transform tool in Photoshop or the Corner Pin effect in After Effects, or an equivalent in any other software - to deform the shadow. Video tutorials are attached for guidance. You can mix between hard and soft shadows as you see fit, depending on the light conditions of your scene. Shadow is a fundamental aspect of visual design and will never change.
