How many times have designers needed a separate flat shadow to make their design look more realistic while working on it? How often did you try to extract a shadow from a real object but fail? Shadows can be tricky to manipulate because they are not solid! We've got the solution here. We've created 100% transparent shadows with Ambient Occlusion added to simplify your work. Whether you're a designer, cartoon artist, visual effects artist, compositor, or even a 3D artist who needs to add a shadow to their scene, these shadows are for you and easy to use. They contain everything you need to create a realistic look for your project. Images were originally rendered at 2000x2000 pixels with 16-bit depth per channel to prevent banding. We cropped them to reduce file size and fit the content ratio. Shadows were captured from different angles - 25°, 45°, and top views in multiple directions. We saved two versions of each shadow: one is a hard shadow used in sunny scenes and the other is a soft shadow used in cloudy scenes. These shadows are excellent for use in both 2D and 3D projects and are noiseless. Choose which shadow suits your design and apply it to the object. Then, just use any deformer tool like the Transform tool in Photoshop or the Corner Pin effect in After Effects, or the equivalent in any other software to deform the shadow.
