How often do you need a separate flat shadow while working on your design to make it look more realistic? How many times have you tried extracting a shadow from a real object, only to fail? Shadows can be tricky to manipulate because they're not solid. We've got the solution! Our 100% transparent shadows come with Ambient occlusion built-in to simplify your workflow. Whether you're a designer, cartoon artist, visual effects artist, compositor, or 3D artist looking to add a shadow to your scene, these are for you and easy to use - they contain everything you need to create a realistic look for your project. Images were originally rendered at 2000×2000 pixels with 16-bit depth per channel to prevent banding. They were then cropped to reduce file size and fit the content ratio. Shadows were captured from different angles, including 25°, 45°, and from top in multiple directions. We saved two versions of each shadow: a hard shadow for sunny scenes and a soft shadow for cloudy scenes. Both are excellent for use in 2D and 3D projects and are completely noiseless. Choose the shadow that suits your design and apply it to the object. Then, simply use any deformer tool like the "Transform" tool in Photoshop or the "Corner Pin" effect in After Effects, or its equivalent in another software, to deform the shadow. (Video tutorials are attached.) You can mix between hard and soft shadows as you like, depending on the light conditions of your scene. Shadow is shadow, after all - it's never going to change.
