How many times have you needed a realistic flat shadow to complete your design? How often did you struggle to extract a convincing shadow from a real object, only to fall short? Shadows can be tricky to manipulate because they don't exist as solid entities. We've found the solution! Our 100% transparent shadows come with Ambient Occlusion built-in to make your job easier. Whether you're a designer, cartoon artist, visual effects expert, compositor, or 3D artist, and you need to add depth to your scene, these shadows are for you. They're easy to use and contain everything you need to achieve a realistic look. Images were captured at high resolution (2000x2000 pixels) with 16-bit color depth to prevent banding. We then cropped them to reduce file size and ensure the perfect aspect ratio. Shadows were taken from various angles, including 25°, 45°, and straight on. Two versions of each shadow were saved: a hard shadow for sunny scenes and a soft shadow for cloudy scenes. Both are ideal for use in 2D and 3D projects, and they're completely noise-free. Simply choose the right shadow for your design and apply it to the object. Then, use any deformation tool you like - such as the Transform tool in Photoshop or the Corner Pin effect in After Effects - or its equivalent in another software to warp the shadow. (Video tutorials are attached.) Remember, the type of light conditions in your scene will determine how much you can mix between hard and soft shadows. Shadows remain constant, no matter what.
