How often do designers struggle to create a realistic flat shadow in their designs? How many times have artists tried to extract a shadow from an object, only to be disappointed by the results? Shadows can be difficult to manipulate because they lack substance. Fortunately, we've developed 100% transparent shadows with Ambient Occlusion that make it easy to achieve a realistic look. Whether you're a designer, cartoon artist, visual effects artist, compositor or 3D artist, these shadows are perfect for adding depth and realism to your scenes. We rendered high-quality images at 2000×2000 pixels with 16-bit depth per channel to prevent banding. The images were then cropped to reduce file size and fit the content ratio. Shadows were captured from multiple angles, including 25°, 45°, and top-down views. We created two versions of each shadow: a hard version for sunny scenes and a soft version for cloudy scenes. These shadows are ideal for use in both 2D and 3D projects and are free of noise. Simply choose the shadow that best suits your design and apply it to the object. Then, use any deformation tool, such as the "Transform" tool in Photoshop or the "Corner Pin" effect in After Effects, to warp the shadow into place. You can also mix and match between hard and soft shadows based on the lighting conditions of your scene. Remember, a good shadow is essential for creating a realistic design. With our transparent shadows, you'll be able to add depth and dimension to your projects with ease.
