How often do you need a separate flat shadow to make your design look more realistic while working on it? How many times have you tried to extract a shadow from a real object but failed? Shadows can be tricky to manipulate because they aren't solid. We've got the solution! We've created 100% transparent shadows with Ambient Occlusion added to make your work easier. Whether you're a designer, cartoon artist, visual effects artist, compositor, or even a 3D artist who needs to add a shadow to your scene, these shadows are for you and easy to use. They have everything you need to create a realistic look for your project. Images were originally rendered at 2000×2000 pixels with 16-bit depth per channel to prevent banding. We then cropped them to reduce file size and fit the content ratio. Shadows were captured from different angles, including 25°, 45°, and top views in multiple directions. We saved two versions of each shadow: one Hard Shadow for sunny scenes and another Soft Shadow for cloudy scenes. These are excellent for use in both 2D and 3D projects, and they're noiseless. Choose the shadow that suits your design and apply it to the object. Then, simply use any deformer tool like Photoshop's "Transform" tool or After Effects' "Corner Pin" effect to deform the shadow. (Video tutorials are attached.) You can mix Hard and Soft Shadows as you like, depending on the light conditions of your scene. Shadow is shadow, and it never changes.
