How often have designers struggled with creating realistic shadows in their work? How many times have artists failed to extract a convincing shadow from a real object? Shadows can be notoriously difficult to manipulate, since they aren't solid entities. However, we've found a solution that makes it easy to add realistic shadows to any design. Our 100% transparent shadows come with Ambient Occlusion built-in, making them perfect for designers, cartoon artists, visual effects artists, and compositors who need to add depth to their scenes. Whether you're working on a 2D or 3D project, these shadows will help you achieve a more realistic look. The images were originally rendered at 2000x2000 pixels with 16-bit depth per channel to prevent banding. They were then cropped to reduce the file size and ensure the content ratio was correct. Shadows were captured from multiple angles - 25°, 45°, and straight down - in various directions. We saved two versions of each shadow: one hard, ideal for sunny scenes, and one soft, perfect for cloudy conditions. Both types are excellent for use in 2D and 3D projects, and they're completely noiseless. Simply choose the right shadow for your design and apply it to the object. Then, use any deformer tool - like Photoshop's "Transform" or After Effects' "Corner Pin" effect - to deform the shadow as needed. Video tutorials are provided to help you get started. You can also mix and match hard and soft shadows depending on the lighting conditions in your scene. The possibilities are endless!
