3D Shadow - Product 33

How many times do designers need a separate flat shadow to make their designs look more realistic? How often do artists want to extract shadows from real objects, but struggle to get the desired effect? Shadows can be tricky to manipulate because they aren't solid. That's why we've created 100% transparent shadows with Ambient occlusion added for ease of use. Whether you're a designer, cartoon artist, visual effects artist, compositor or 3D artist in need of a shadow for your scene, these are perfect for you and easy to apply. Images were originally rendered at 2000x2000 pixels with 16-bit depth per channel to prevent banding, then cropped to reduce file size. Shadows were captured from different angles - 25°, 45°, and from above in multiple directions. We saved two versions of shadow from each object: one for hard shadows used in sunny scenes and another for soft shadows used in cloudy scenes. They're ideal for use in both 2D and 3D projects, and are noiseless. Choose the shadow that suits your design best and apply it to the object. Then, use any deformer tool like the "Transform" tool in Photoshop or the "Corner Pin" effect in After Effects, or the equivalent in any other software to deform the shadow. (Video tutorials are included). You can mix hard and soft shadows as needed, depending on the light conditions of your scene. Shadow is a crucial element that won't change its fundamental nature.
