3D Shadow - Product 18

How many times have you struggled to create a realistic shadow in your design? How often did you attempt to extract a shadow from a real object, only to fall short? Shadows can be notoriously difficult to manipulate because they are intangible. That's why we've developed 100% transparent shadows with Ambient Occlusion, designed to make your work easier. Whether you're a designer, cartoon artist, visual effects artist, compositor, or 3D artist, these shadows are perfect for adding depth and realism to your projects. To capture the shadows, we rendered images at 2000 x 2000 pixels with 16-bit depth per channel, ensuring that they were free from banding. We then cropped the images to reduce file size and optimize content ratio. The shadows were captured from various angles - 25°, 45°, and straight on - in multiple directions. Two versions of each shadow were created: a hard shadow ideal for sunny scenes and a soft shadow perfect for cloudy conditions. These shadows are noiseless and can be used in both 2D and 3D projects. To apply the shadows to your design, simply choose the one that suits your scene and use any deformer tool - like Photoshop's Transform tool or After Effects' Corner Pin effect - to shape the shadow to fit your object. (Video tutorials are included.) You can also mix and match between hard and soft shadows based on the lighting conditions in your scene. Remember, a shadow is just that - it won't change. But with these 100% transparent shadows, you'll be able to create a realistic look for your project with ease.
