Designers often need a separated flat shadow to make their designs look more realistic. However, extracting shadows from real objects can be challenging because they're not solid. We've found a solution - our 100% transparent shadows with Ambient occlusion make your work easier. Whether you're a designer, cartoon artist, visual effects artist, or 3D artist, these shadows are for you and easy to use. They contain everything you need to create a realistic look for your project. The images were originally rendered at 2000×2000 pixels with 16-bit depth per channel to prevent banding. We then cropped them to reduce the file size and fit the content ratio. Shadows were captured from different angles @ 25°, 45°, and from top in multiple directions. Two versions of each shadow were saved: a Hard shadow for sunny scenes and a Soft shadow for cloudy scenes. Choose which shadow suits your design and apply it to the object. Then use any deformer tool like the "Transform" tool in Photoshop or the "Corner Pin" effect in After Effects, or the equivalent in any other software to deform the shadow. Video tutorials are attached. You can mix between Hard and Soft shadows as you like, depending on the light conditions of your scene. Shadow is just shadow and won't change.
