3D Shadow - Product 12

How many times have you needed a separate flat shadow while working on your design to make it look more realistic? How often did you want to extract a shadow from a real object, but you just couldn't succeed? Shadows are notoriously difficult to manipulate because they aren't solid! Here's the solution we've been waiting for. We've created 100% transparent shadows with ambient occlusion added to make your work easier. Whether you're a designer, cartoon artist, visual effects artist, compositor, or even a 3D artist who needs to add a shadow to their scene, they're for you and easy to use. They contain everything you need to create a realistic look for your project. The images were originally rendered at 2000x2000 pixels with 16-bit depth per channel to prevent banding, then cropped to reduce the file size and fit the content ratio. Shadows were captured from different angles - 25°, 45°, and from top in multiple directions - before we saved two versions of each shadow: one hard shadow for sunny scenes and one soft shadow for cloudy scenes. They're excellent for use in both 2D and 3D projects, and they're noiseless too. Choose the shadow that suits your design and apply it to the object, then just use any deformer tool like the "Transform" tool in Photoshop or the "Corner Pin" effect in After Effects, or their equivalent in any other software to deform the shadow. (Video tutorials are attached.) You can mix and match between hard and soft shadows as you like, depending on the light conditions of your scene. Finally, a shadow is just that - it will never change.
