How many times have you struggled to create a convincing flat shadow in your designs? How often did you wish you could extract a realistic shadow from an object, only to be frustrated by their elusive nature? Shadows can be tricky to manipulate because they are ephemeral and intangible. But now, we have the solution! Our 100% transparent shadows, complete with Ambient Occlusion, are here to make your life easier. Whether you're a designer, cartoon artist, visual effects artist, compositor, or 3D artist, these shadows are tailor-made for you and incredibly easy to use. They contain everything you need to create a stunningly realistic look for your project. Our images were captured at an impressive 2000×2000 pixels with 16-bit depth per channel to prevent banding. We then cropped them to reduce file size and fit the content ratio. Shadows were taken from multiple angles - 25°, 45°, and straight on - in various directions. We saved two versions of each shadow: a hard version for sunny scenes and a soft version for cloudy scenes. These are perfect for use in both 2D and 3D projects and are completely noiseless. All you need to do is choose the right shadow for your design, apply it to the object, and then use any deformer tool - such as the "Transform" tool in Photoshop or the "Corner Pin" effect in After Effects - to warp the shadow. (Video tutorials are included.) You can even mix and match between hard and soft shadows depending on the lighting conditions of your scene. Remember, a shadow is a shadow and will always remain so.
