How often do designers need a separate flat shadow to make their designs look more realistic? How many times have they struggled to extract a shadow from an object, only to fail? Shadows are notoriously difficult to manipulate because they lack solidity. The solution is finally here! We've created 100% transparent shadows with Ambient Occlusion to simplify the process. Whether you're a designer, cartoon artist, visual effects artist, compositor, or 3D artist, these shadows are for you and easy to use. They contain everything you need to create a realistic look for your project. Images were originally rendered at 2000x2000 pixels with 16-bit depth per channel to prevent banding. We cropped them to reduce file size and fit the content ratio. Shadows were captured from different angles, including 25°, 45°, and top views in multiple directions. We saved two versions of each shadow: one hard for sunny scenes and another soft for cloudy scenes. These shadows are excellent for use in both 2D and 3D projects, and they're completely noiseless. Choose the shadow that suits your design and apply it to the object. Then, simply use a deformer tool like Photoshop's "Transform" or After Effects' "Corner Pin" effect, or an equivalent tool in another software to deform the shadow. (Video tutorials are attached.) You can mix hard and soft shadows as needed, depending on the light conditions of your scene. Finally, remember that shadow is always just a shadow, never changing.
