How many times have you struggled to get the perfect shadow in your design? How often have you wanted to extract a realistic shadow from an object, but it just wouldn't cooperate? The truth is, shadows can be tricky to work with because they're not solid objects. But now, we've got the solution! Our 100% transparent shadows come with Ambient Occlusion built-in, making your life easier. Whether you're a designer, cartoon artist, visual effects specialist, compositor, or 3D artist, our shadows are for you and easy to use. They contain everything you need to create a realistic look for your project. Our images were originally rendered at 2000x2000 pixels with 16-bit depth per channel to prevent banding. We then cropped them to reduce the file size and fit the content ratio. Shadows were captured from different angles at 25°, 45°, and from top in multiple directions. We saved two versions of each shadow: one for hard shadows used in sunny scenes and another for soft shadows used in cloudy scenes. These are perfect for use in both 2D and 3D projects and are completely noiseless. Choose the shadow that suits your design and apply it to the object. Then, simply use any deformer tool like the Transform tool in Photoshop or the Corner Pin effect in After Effects, or its equivalent in other software, to deform the shadow. (Video tutorials are attached.) Note: You can mix between hard and soft shadows as you see fit, depending on the light conditions of your scene. In the end, a shadow is a shadow, and it will never change.
