How often do designers need a separate flat shadow to make their design look more realistic? How often have designers wanted to extract a shadow from a real object, only to fall short? Shadows can be tough to manipulate because they aren't solid objects. Here's the solution! We've created 100% transparent shadows with Ambient Occlusion added to make your work easier. Whether you're a designer, cartoon artist, visual effects artist, compositor or 3D artist, these shadows are for you and easy to use. They contain everything you need to create a realistic look for your project. The images were originally rendered at 2000x2000 pixels with 16-bit depth per channel to prevent banding. Then, they were cropped to reduce the file size and fit the content ratio. Shadows were captured from different angles at 25 degrees, 45 degrees, and from directly above in multiple directions. We saved two versions of each shadow: one is a hard shadow used in sunny scenes, and the other is a soft shadow used in cloudy scenes. These shadows are excellent for use in 2D and 3D projects and are completely noiseless. Choose which shadow suits your design and apply it to the object. Then, simply use any deformer tool like the "Transform" tool in Photoshop or the "Corner Pin" effect in After Effects, or its equivalent in any other software to deform the shadow. Video tutorials are included. You can mix between hard and soft shadows as you like, depending on the light conditions of your scene. Shadows will never change, no matter what.
