How often do designers need a precise flat shadow to make their designs look more realistic? How many times have they wanted to extract a shadow from an object but failed? Shadows can be tricky to manipulate because they're not solid! Here's the solution. We've created 100% transparent shadows with Ambient Occlusion to simplify your work. Whether you're a designer, cartoon artist, visual effects artist, compositor, or 3D artist who needs to add a shadow to their scene, these are for you and easy to use. They contain everything needed to create a realistic look for your project. The images were originally rendered at 2000x2000 pixels with 16-bit depth per channel to prevent banding. They were cropped to reduce the file size and fit the content ratio. Shadows were captured from different angles - 25°, 45°, and from top in multiple directions. We saved two versions of shadows from each object: one is a Hard shadow used in sunny scenes and the other is a Soft shadow used in cloudy scenes. They're excellent for use in both 2D and 3D projects and are noiseless. Choose which shadow suits your design and apply it to the object. Then, just use any deformer tool like the "Transform" tool in Photoshop or the "Corner Pin" effect in After Effects, or the equivalent in any other software to deform the shadow. (Video tutorials are attached.) You can mix between Hard and Soft shadows as you like, depending on your scene's light conditions. Finally, a shadow is a shadow and never changes.
