How often do you need a realistic-looking flat shadow while working on your design? How frequently have you tried to extract a shadow from an object, only to fail? Shadows can be tricky to manipulate because they're not solid. We've got the solution for you! Our transparent shadows come with Ambient occlusion, making it easier to get the look you want. Whether you're a designer, cartoon artist, visual effects artist, compositor, or 3D artist, these shadows are perfect for adding depth and realism to your scenes. The images used were originally rendered at 2000×2000 pixels with 16-bit depth per channel to prevent banding. They were then cropped to reduce file size and fit the content ratio. Shadows were captured from multiple angles (25°, 45°, and top) in different directions. We saved two versions of each shadow: a hard shadow for sunny scenes and a soft shadow for cloudy scenes. Both are excellent for use in 2D and 3D projects and are completely noiseless. Choose the shadow that suits your design best and apply it to the object. Then, use any deformer tool like Photoshop's "Transform" or After Effects' "Corner Pin" effect (or its equivalent in other software) to deform the shadow. You can find video tutorials attached to help you get started. You can mix hard and soft shadows as needed, depending on your scene's lighting conditions. Remember, shadow is just shadow – it doesn't change!
