How many times have you struggled to create a realistic-looking design without a well-placed flat shadow? How often did you try to extract a shadow from an object, only to fall short? Shadows can be notoriously difficult to manipulate because they're not solid objects. That's why we've developed 100% transparent shadows with Ambient Occlusion to simplify your workflow. Whether you're a designer, cartoon artist, visual effects artist, compositor, or 3D artist, our shadows are the perfect tool for adding depth and realism to your scenes. They contain everything you need to create a stunning look for your project, from start to finish. Our images were captured at high resolution – 2000×2000 pixels with 16-bit depth per channel – to prevent banding. We then cropped them to reduce file size and fit the content ratio. Shadows were captured from multiple angles – 25°, 45°, and top views – in various directions. We saved two versions of each shadow: one for sunny scenes and another for cloudy scenes. These shadows are excellent for use in both 2D and 3D projects, and they're completely noiseless. Simply choose the right shadow for your design, apply it to your object, and then use any deformer tool – like Photoshop's "Transform" tool or After Effects' "Corner Pin" effect – to deform the shadow. If you need a refresher, our video tutorials are available below. You can mix and match between hard and soft shadows as needed, depending on the lighting conditions of your scene. And remember: shadows are always in sync with their objects.
