How often do you need a separate flat shadow to make your design look more realistic while working on it? How many times have you attempted to extract a shadow from a real object, only to fail? Shadows can be tricky to manipulate because they are not solid objects. We've found the solution for you! We've created 100% transparent shadows with Ambient Occlusion added to make your work easier. Whether you're a designer, cartoon artist, visual effects artist, compositor, or 3D artist in need of adding a shadow to your scene, these shadows are designed specifically for you and are easy to use. They contain everything you need to create a realistic look for your project. Images were originally rendered at 2000x2000 pixels with 16-bit depth per channel to prevent banding, then cropped to reduce the file size and fit the content ratio. Shadows were captured from different angles at 25°, 45°, and from top in multiple directions. We saved two versions of shadows from each object: one is a hard shadow used in sunny scenes, and the other is a soft shadow used in cloudy scenes. They are excellent for use in 2D and 3D projects, plus they are noiseless. Choose which shadow suits your design and apply it to the object, then simply use any deformer tool like the "Transform" tool in Photoshop or the "Corner Pin" effect in After Effects, or its equivalent in other software to deform the shadow. (Video tutorials are attached.) Note: You can mix between hard and soft shadows as you like, depending on the light conditions of your scene. Shadow is shadow and will never change.
