How many times have you needed a single, flat shadow to make your design look more realistic while working on it? How often have you attempted to extract a shadow from an actual object only to fail? Shadows can be tricky to manipulate because they're not solid. Here's the solution! We've created 100% transparent shadows with Ambient Occlusion added to make your job easier. Whether you're a designer, cartoon artist, visual effects artist, compositor, or even a 3D artist, and you need to add a shadow to your scene, these are for you and easy to use. They contain everything you need to give your project a realistic look. Images were originally rendered at 2000×2000 pixels with 16-bit depth per channel to prevent banding, then cropped to reduce the file size and fit the content ratio. Shadows were captured from different angles - 25°, 45°, and from above in multiple directions. We saved two versions of each shadow: one hard shadow used in sunny scenes and another soft shadow used in cloudy scenes. They're excellent for use in 2D and 3D projects, plus they're noiseless. Choose the shadow that suits your design and apply it to the object. Then, simply use any deformer tool like the "Transform" tool in Photoshop or the "Corner Pin" effect in After Effects, or its equivalent in any other software to deform the shadow. (Video tutorials are attached.) You can mix between hard and soft shadows as you like, depending on your scene's light conditions. Shadow is just that - it won't change.
