Model-Fan for the 3D-Proto CoreXY printer uses a 4010 radial fan as direct extruder for a DyzEnd-X hotend. Created in Blender with assistance from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2943994 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2751572 Verify screw length and adjust Model-Fan-Mount.stl thickness if necessary. A m5x16 screw was used to attach it to the carriage. Print Settings for the Fanduct are 100% infill and support. No support or specific infill is required for other parts. One fan can be mounted on each side of the carriage by positioning wheels on the side with two of them as far apart as possible, rotating each nut for optimal hole placement near the end of the carriage. The front Z-Axis threaded rod was trimmed 1cm to prevent collision with the -Y side-mounted fan when the printbed reaches minimum (negative) Y-position. Axis limits or g-code can also be used to resolve this issue; however, since the 1cm portion is unused, it was simply cut off.
