Here is a 3D-Proto CoreXY conversion from direct to bowden extruder for precision piezo z-probe (screw-mount) with optional multimaterial Y-joiner. Using the following things: + "The Filler" https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3020026 + Voron Extruder modified https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3191081 + precision piezo screwmount version https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2319993 + optional: my remix of the y-joiner, see the original thing for a gcode generator https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3039887 The bowden conversion parts require printing one of each above plus: + 1x Bowden-Piezo-Screw-Mount-Extruder.stl (x-carriage) + 1x Bowden-Cable-Guide.stl (x-carriage) I use this bowden as a cable guide only + 1x Piezo-Holder.stl (x-carriage) + 1x Bowden-Cable-Guide-2020.stl (printer frame) Optional for part cooling, print: + 1x Model-Fan-Mount.stl + 1x Model-Fan-Mount_2.stl + 1x Model-Fan-Out_E3D.stl Additional parts needed are: + 2x Push Fitting M9 + 2x Bowden tubing ~ 70cm + plus some additional sliding blocks and screws *** For multimaterial, you will need: + 1x additional "The Filler" + 1x additional (mirror this one) Voron Extruder modified + Multimaterial Y joiner remix files (bowden stabilization) print: + 2x y_clamp.stl + 1x y_1.stl + 1x y_2.stl Additional parts needed are: + 4x Push Fitting M9 + 1x Bowden tubing ~ 70cm plus two short pieces for stabilization of the Y-joiner + plus some additional sliding blocks and screws.
