3D Printing Ice Cube Tray
thingiverse
I created this design for a challenge I saw on Reddit. You can check it out here: https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/comments/cgdp57/3d_print_challenge_week_1_ice_cube_holder/ EDIT 2: I found that the original trays produced ice cubes that were incredibly small with very little detail. To improve this, I added three new models that make much larger cubes, eight at a time. One model features the original logo, another is in the shape of a 3D printer, and the third has a filament spool design. I'm having some issues with Thingiverse right now, so unfortunately, you won't be able to see pictures of these new models. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. EDIT: I've uploaded V2, which features the logo embedded entirely inside the ice cube. Since I only have PLA at my disposal at the moment and it's not food-safe, I haven't printed out a test batch yet. However, these designs should work just fine with other materials that are more suitable for making food. The design can accommodate up to 16 cubes at once and can be printed on any printer with a bed size of at least 110mm. Enjoy!
