This printerbed calibration is designed with FREECAD, a versatile tool that allows for precise design and modification. I created this design specifically for my Craftbot Plus printer, but its adaptability makes it suitable for use with every 3D-printer model. Feel free to customize this design to suit your needs, as I've made the Freecad-file available for easy editing. Initially, I designed the calibration bed to accommodate a 250x200 printerbed, but since I utilize a glass bed, I scaled it down to 190x140. The overall thickness of the design is 2mm, while the thicker calibration tabs stand at an impressive 5mm. To use this calibration tool effectively: 1. Simply print the design and measure the heights in all corners to ensure uniformity. 2. Inspect the flat surfaces for optimal flatness and smoothness. 3. Adjust your printer bed as needed, and print the calibration again if desired for precise results.
