Pole dancing stripper to go on a 8mm rod....I use it on the Z-axis of my ender 3 pro. The body of this model is from the user COLOR3DJP https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3818352 (check his other work out amazing stuff). I wanted hair with more movement, it's from a random free model I picked up somewhere while trying to learn how to make models. The base is made by me in Fusion360 to fit a 8mm rod (it's a little big so it doesn't have to press on to hard). Due to a request for something I was thinking about, I added a file "poledancer3mmrod.stl". This is just the girl with a ball in her hand and a 3mm hole running through her into the ball. I have not printed it yet but this should allow her to be printed easier and either glued to or left lose on a 2-2.5mm rod (measured a coat hanger at just a hair under 2mm) and allowed to free spin.
