3D printer x-axis and z-axis for 12 mm linear shaft
thingiverse
I designed a part meant to work with a linear shaft that is 12mm in size and trapezoidal screws that are 8 mm wide. I used linear bearings called LM12LUU, block bearing KP08, and KLF08. In the future, I plan to change out the top parts of the z-axis and use the KLF08 block bearing instead. This part was constructed using aluminum profiles that measure 30 by 30 mm in size. The design software used to create this part is called MOI 3D. A better fan duct can be found by looking at version 1, which has an appropriate length. Date: 09-30-2017 I made a few changes to the carriage (modified the fan handle) - karetka 12mm cz1_v1 and karetka 12mm cz2_v1. Date: 10-01-2017 I designed a top handle for axis z that fits with the block bearings KLF08 - osz lewa gorna_v1 and os z prawa gorna_v1. Date: 10-04-2017 A fan holder was designed to cool an engine NEMA 17 (extruder).
