3D printer Test Bench
grabcad
Updated 28-09-2019 I'm working on a comprehensive test bench design to cover all functional tests related to the controller board settings and code used in my 3D printer. If I've missed any crucial functionality that would enhance this design, please let me know. To facilitate collaboration, I've uploaded a 3D PDF file for you to manipulate as needed. Simply double-click on the image to start editing. The part tree feature allows you to toggle parts on or off and provides a list of all used components. Current content: 28-09-2019 INPUTS: Thermistor (2x+1x), PT100 sensor module (2x), End Of Material sensor (2x), STOP material sensor (2x), End stops NC (2 wires) (3x), END stops NC (3 wires) (3x), Raspberry Pi (1x), PS_On switch (1x). I've removed BL_Touch and proximity switch as our printers don't require bed leveling, which is handled by Precise build. OUTPUTS: Extruder 0 and 1 Hot End 0 and 1 Dual Hot End 0 Hot End Fan 0 and 1 Dual Hot End fan 0 Part Cooling fan 0 and 1 Extra Fan Stepper motor X, Y, Z, and Z extra 220/115 Power inlet with fuse PS_ON power monitor module Heated bed Mosfet Controller cooling fan 24V power supply SKR Pro V1.1 Controller board mount (compatible with LERDGE K board and MKS Sbase 1.3 board) 3,5" TFT screen Raspberry Pi 4 Plywood Base plate and some 3D printed mounts
