3D Printer - Proosha 4000
grabcad
Hi everyone,This 3d printer is a try I made to have a dual extrusion 3d printer, with a closed chamber and all the gadget (octorpint and sonoff 4 ch).The 3d printer do work but is badly design so DO NOT ORDER FOR ASSEMBLY. All the wood panels are cut using a 40W laser and the rest is 3D printed. It was funny to do but there is still too much work to have something clean and usable.here is what goes wrong while assembling:1 - middle wood panel: the 4 holes for the heated bed are missing 2 - the plastic part that makes the connection between the bed's woo panel and the belt: having a petern to old the nuts could have been nice3 - the belt need to be put before the bed's assembly4 - the Y belt tensionner: the pattern for the nuts are a bit tight5 - the Y endstop holder: the slotted hole could have been reduced by 8mm from the top6 - top wood: the holes could have been slotted holes to ease the assembly AND the holes are not aligned with the groove of the aluminium profile7 - Z enstop's holder: not enough room for the fixing screw8 - middle wood panel: adding holes for the MOSFETS (for the bed) would have been helpful9 - screen: trying to use a TFT28 from BTT was stupid. Use a MKS Mini 128x64 is easier with the choosen electronic (arduino + ramps). the MKS is not integrated10 - ribbon cable of the screen: a hole need to be added for the ribbon cable to go through11 - bottom wood panel: a slotted hole as an handle could have been nice12 - all wires: there is no cable managment which is a mess...Anyway, enjoy ;-)
