3D Printer Pen Filament Spool

Cyclone2390 3D Pen Spool and Accessories 24th August 2109 I upgraded an existing 3D Pen Spool System to improve its performance. The original design is available on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2566192, courtesy of BManx2000. During printing, I found that the spool needed to be more free-running and capable of containing filament without jamming or affecting print quality. All files are pre-sliced and ready for printing in their designated positions. Support is required only for the Shroud on the build plate. To achieve optimal results, I printed at 40% infill with PLA at 210°C / 60°C @ 60mm/s. For a successful print, support for the Shroud should be sparse and easy to remove, particularly around the cutaway where it meets the Mount arm. This area is best secured using super glue, which I personally used Loctite 401 for. Other components requiring adhesive are the Spool, Winder, and Side parts. These pieces work together seamlessly to create a complete Spool with Winder that fits snugly within the Shroud and holds filament securely.
