3D Printer Nozzle Wrench
thingiverse
I've been using end wrenches for a while now to change the nozzles on our Prusa i3s and powerspec ultras. Recently, I watched a YouTube video featuring a 3-D printed tool that caught my attention. A user had created this tool from scratch, and it was entirely 3-D printed, although they mentioned that it needed to be reprinted every two or three nozzle changes due to melting. This made me think of a solution that wouldn't require frequent reprinting, so I came up with the idea for a knob with a quarter inch socket attachment in the center. To make this tool functional, I purchased husky sockets in various sizes and epoxied them into place. The two STL files provided are specifically designed to fit the husky branded sockets available on the following links: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-1-4-in-Drive-3-8-in-6-Point-SAE-Standard-Socket-H4D6P38/202911781 https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-1-4-in-Drive-7-mm-6-Point-Metric-Standard-Socket-H4D6P7MM/202911900
