This project was created with Tinkercad and can be edited online at tinkercad.com/things/g1vFJBOX88. It monitors two power supplies, measuring both voltage and amperage, as well as tracking temperatures for the extruder and print bed in both Fahrenheit and Celsius. Two LEDs indicate power to the heaters. The Arduino code is included in the thing files. Components used include a 2004 LCD display, two DS 18B20 temperature sensors, one AC-712 5 amp sensor, one AS-GY-712 20 amp sensor, a Moderndevices RBBB UNO clone, two voltage dividers made of 1-10k resistor and 1-20k trim pot, two LEDs, and various connectors. The Arduino code was customized with some tweaks to achieve the desired functionality. The extruder temperature may be low due to the sensor's placement, but a fudge factor has been added in the code to provide a more accurate reading. The bed sensor is adhered to the bottom of the bed heater. Two separate power supplies are used for optimal performance, with solid state relays controlling the extruder and bed heaters, which have their own power supply. A neodymium magnet holds the display case to the cabinet for easy positioning. The Arduino code is included in the thing files.
