I purchased the MKS Gen V1.3 Controller, unaware that it features distinct mounting holes compared to MKS Base controllers. To rectify this issue, I utilized a 3D Printer controller adapter specifically designed for the MKS Base to MKS Gen conversion. This adapter enables seamless integration of the MKS Gen and an optional fan, which I subsequently removed after installing heat sinks on my stepper drivers as it proved unnecessary.
