3d Printer

grabcad

3d printer with a 500 x 500 mm heated bed. Based more or less on a Creality printer with some changes. If blocks in the model are available from Mcmaster carr, Digikey, 3d content centraL or some other vendor I used them. There are some great models of the controller and touch screen on GrabCad but I ended up making my own as there was too much detail. Plus I wanted to call it my own. Pretty sure there is no ones work in here other then what was mentioned above. This is currently my winter project and its mostly assembled. There is no question that this will cost about 3 times what a Creality printer would from Amazon when its done and that is just in materials. If I included my time then that cost is probably 20 times that. But I'm having fun, and it should actually run (someday) a bit better than one I can get from Amazon.
