Using the following fan: https://www.digikey.com/short/qj7fmv. The Holmes filter is this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DWHVE62/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1. And then any activated carbon pre-filter will do. You'll need to cut it to size, as I couldn't find anything stock that would fit. I HATE PRINT SUPPORT, SO..... NO PRINT SUPPORT REQUIRED. There are three models here, but you only need one. If your printer can print larger than 250mm, then you can print the one piece. The small flange goes on the bed. If not, you'll need the two-piece version. I tried the one symmetrical one-piece version, but my case was in the way and so I had to make the offset one. The pre-filter cage just snaps onto the filter. #6 screws hold it together, and I used some light caulk to seal the joints. The slide gate I designed is also located on Thingiverse. You'll need to print eight of the clips. Elbows do not need support if printed in the correct orientation either. There are two elbows: one is symmetrical and short, and the other has one side extended about an inch or so. Use whichever ones fit with your case. ALL FLANGES ARE COMPATIBLE WITH AN 80MM FAN. The tables I used for my enclosure are a couple of inches larger than the IKEA Lack tables, so be aware of that when building to make sure you have the proper clearance. A lack table enclosure should work, but it's going to be tight depending on how you mount everything. I have a particle counter and from what it picks up there is no change in particle count when I print, which is a good thing. The filter was inspired by another AER1 filter on Thingiverse, although mine is an original design and not a remix or modification of that one.
